IremboGov is the one-stop portal for e-governance services and is the gateway to Government services. IremboGov helps Rwandan citizens and foreigners to access over 240+ public services, across 40+ Rwandan public institutions

Problem Statement
As a critical platform for accessing government services, IremboGov needed a cohesive and engaging brand experience across all touchpoints. The challenge was to create visual assets that not only communicated the platform’s functionality but also enhanced user engagement and trust. My role as a Communication Designer and Brand Coordinator involved developing a consistent and user-centered brand presence, from social media designs to physical space branding and beyond, to support IremboGov’s mission of accessible e-governance.

Result
The cohesive branding efforts enhanced IremboGov's presence, making it stronger and more recognizable, which helped users connect with and trust the platform. Consistent visuals and messaging across both digital and physical channels boosted user engagement and reinforced IremboGov's identity as the primary gateway for e-governance in Rwanda. These branding initiatives aligned with IremboGov's mission to make government services more accessible, creating a seamless experience that resonated with Rwandan citizens and international users alike.
